One would think that common courtesy would make the analyst check back with the viewer to ask, "This is what I think you said. Am I right?" One would also think that the report writer would do the same before typing up the final copy and providing it to the customer. This is an important step which should be performed before any report goes out to a customer. Sadly, this is not always the case.
